Arc is a non-custodial capital pool that follows the Edge sports model. You deposit USDC and receive pool shares priced at the live net asset value (NAV). As the pool's bankroll grows or shrinks, every share moves with it. Redeem any time for your pro-rata slice of the pool — the share price is the only thing that changes, never your share count.
1. Deposit. Send USDC to the pool. The amount is divided by the current share price to mint your shares — e.g. depositing into a pool at a $1.03 share price gives you fewer shares than the dollar amount, because each share is already worth more than $1.
2. Hold shares. The model trades the combined bankroll. Wins and losses change the pool's NAV and therefore the share price; your share count stays fixed. Your stake is always shares × share price.
3. Redeem. Burn your shares to withdraw your pro-rata USDC at the live NAV. No lockups beyond settlement of open positions.
Deposits and redemptions are recorded as on-chain receipts. The figures below are computed server-side from those receipts — a deposit followed by a full redemption, with shares minted on the way in and burned on the way out. These are test-USDC on a testnet (no real value), run end-to-end to prove the deposit→shares→redeem accounting closes cleanly.
